We take our responsibility in Society very seriously and as such we try to keep our aims and goals very straight forward. If we think we can make a real difference then we will do our upmost to make a real difference.
One of the projects in which a number of the Corvus team have an involvement is a polar educational project aimed at raising awareness of the importance of the polar regions amongst young and teenage school children.
Corvus CEO, Andrew Regan, is a co-founder of the the Transantarctic Expedition which is already some two years in the planning.
The expedition plans to make the 2,000 mile crossing of the southern continent in late 2009 with an eight-person team which will be conducting educational science experiments along the journey which will be communicated live through the expedition website as the team progresses from one side of the continent to the other via the South Pole.
