Corvus CEO, Andrew Regan, was also notable for his work in the early 1990s developing Hobson plc which was listed on The London Stock Exchange.
Andrew joined the £30 million food group in 1991, becoming CEO and eventually sold the group for £154 million to Hillsdown Holdings in 1996, having grown Hobson substantially over the period through organic growth and by acquisition.
Soon after he concluded a £1.2 billion fund raising and led an attempt, which subsequently lapsed, to gain control of the CWS in a £1.2 billion take-over bid.
